Abstarct: Abstract Initially, the diamond-like carbon laxyers were coated with nickel dopant and with two parallel and crossed arrangements of nickel strips on the graphite target and the presence of Si (100) substrate. The aim of the study was to create accumulated particles on the substrate for fractal analysis. After performing microscopic analysis, it was found that nanocones and nanomushrooms were formed on the substrate for the first time with a one-step method, which showed unique properties. 2Ni-DLC doping in the cross arrangement of nickel strips showed more hydrophilicity. Also, for more nickel dopants, the results indicated the formation of the ta-c structure. In the next step, the co-doping of nickel and nitrogen in the diamond-like carbon matrix was investigated for the cross-arrangement of nickel strips, and this time diamond-like carbon nanocrystals doped with nickel and nitrogen with unique electrical properties were formed. Due to the presence of nitrogen, the additional Ni3N bonds caused the film strength to be maintained despite the higher sp2 percent. The fractal properties of these laxyers also showed that the laxyers that are incorporated with nickel have multi-fractal properties and the laxyer that had nickel and nitrogen have single-fractal properties. This issue also confirms the results due to crystalline nature and presence of order.
